Verse is built for churches and faith communities. Content you load into Verse belongs to you; the responsibility for copyright clearance also belongs to you.

Public-domain scripture

Translations bundled with Verse (KJV, ASV, BBE, WEB) are public domain. You may present, project, and reproduce them without further licensing.

Lyrics + songs

OpenLyrics-format lyrics in the catalog are governed by their individual copyright notices. You must hold a CCLI or equivalent license for performance/projection of copyrighted songs.

Don’t do these things

• Don’t use Verse to present content you don’t have the right to project.
• Don’t resell or sublicense access to your Verse account.
• Don’t attempt to circumvent activation or seat limits.
