Currently in private beta

Run Sunday from your laptop, not the cloud.

Verse is the desktop-first media presentation app for churches. Scripture, lyrics, service plans, multi-screen output — local-first, with no spinner between you and the next slide.

Who Verse is for

Three roles. One app.

Verse is sized for the people who actually run AV on Sunday — pastors, projection volunteers, and media leads.

Pastors

Preach without the cursor on screen. Pre-built scripture cards in any translation; switch references mid-sermon without losing your place.

Projection teams

One hot key from cue to screen. Multi-output, crash-safe, and consistent between Thursday rehearsal and Sunday live.

Media leads

Plan the service once; render it the same on every machine. Sync the plan; the renderer is identical end-to-end.

What you get

The non-negotiables, by design.

Offline-first

Every translation, every lyric. Always there, even if your network isn’t.

Pixel-perfect

Typography that doesn’t reflow at the wrong moment. Designed for screens of any size.

Built for service flow

Plan, rehearse, present. The same content, with the same render, every time.

Multi-output by default

Stage display, FOH preview, public output — driven from one app, one keyboard.

How it works

Plan, rehearse, present — same renderer end-to-end.

Verse keeps a single service plan as the source of truth from Thursday to Sunday. No mode switch. No second renderer. No drift.

  1. Plan

Drag scripture references, songs, and slides into a service. Notes per item, no nested folders, no surprises at runtime.

  2. Rehearse

The same renderer that drives Sunday drives Thursday. Previews are honest — what you saw is what the projector shows.

  3. Present

Multi-output, blank, freeze, advance. Keyboard-first, mouse-optional. The renderer never reaches across the network mid-service.

Early voices

From the partner churches in beta.

We’re collecting feedback from the first cohort of partner churches right now. When their stories are ready to share with attribution, they’ll land here — not before. We won’t fabricate proof to fill the space.

Common questions

The short answers.

Is Verse really offline-first?

Yes. Scripture translations and lyrics are stored locally after the first download. The desktop app stays usable for 30 days without contacting the licensing server.

Which scripture translations are included?

Public-domain translations (KJV, ASV, BBE, WEB) ship out of the box. Commercial translations (NIV, ESV, NLT, TPT) are on the roadmap pending publisher licensing.

Can I use Verse on multiple computers?

Yes — seat count varies by plan. A Verse Plus license activates up to 5 devices; Verse Church covers up to 15 within one organization.

Private beta is open by application. We’d rather under-promise and onboard you properly than ship you a build we’re not confident in.
