Can I switch between monthly and annual billing later?
Yes — switch from your portal at any time. Annual billing pro-rates the remaining month; monthly billing kicks in at your next renewal.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Your seats stay live until the end of the current billing period. After that, devices can still launch in read-only mode, and your service plans stay on the local machine — Verse never holds your data hostage.
How do seats work across multiple locations?
Seats count concurrent devices, not users. Verse Plus activates up to 5 devices; Verse Church covers up to 15 within one organisation, and lets you manage which devices are currently checked out.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of your first paid invoice, yes — no questions. After that, we’ll handle issues case-by-case.
Is there an org plan vs personal plan?
Verse Free and Plus are sized for individuals and small teams. Verse Church is the organisation tier — central admin, up to 15 seats within one church, and a real human onboarding call.
What about churches in low-income countries?
We don’t want pricing to be the reason a church can’t use Verse. The gift program is launching alongside Verse Church to let donors underwrite licences for churches that can’t cover them; in the meantime, email us and we’ll work something out.
